Individuation, the pilgrimage that provides the possibility of living out our unique potential, is energized by our longing for wholeness, and it opens us up to greater access to our creativity.  C.G. Jung’s writings in depth psychology provide this profound theory and practice to understand and engage with life. In this three-session seminar, we will explore a Jungian approach to psychoanalytic practice beginning with the basic concepts of  Jungian psychology: shadow, persona, archetype, anima/animus, and complex theory. We will discuss Jungian dream interpretation, which holds dreams as doing the work of integrating our conscious and unconscious lives, furthering the process of individuation.  We will explore how this process proceeds from the relationship between the ego and the Self, unique to a Jungian approach to the depths.
