Through guided exercises, reflective practices, and meaningful discussions in this experiential workshop, participants will explore how serious health crises can act as catalysts for personal growth and transformation. Drawing on principles of synchronicity, individuation and the mind-body connection, this workshop invites you to uncover metaphoric messages and opportunities in health crises. Whether you are navigating your own health challenges or supporting others, you will gain understanding of the individuation processes facilitated through physical suffering, connect with inner wisdom, and foster a greater sense of purpose and meaning. Join us in a supportive, interactive environment to engage with the profound interplay between physical health and psycho-spiritual development.
